What this section is for #
The Settings section allows the Tenant Admin to view their account details and manage certain personal preferences.
From this page you can:
- view their account’s technical data;
- update the profile’s first and last name;
- change their password;
- select the preferred interface language;
- verify the status of Business Experimental features.
Account #

The Account section shows the main details of the profile with which the Tenant Admin has logged in.
This part is primarily informative.
Email #
It shows the email address associated with the account.
The email is used for platform access and for any system communications.
Role #
Shows the role assigned to the user.
Example:
TenantAdmin
The role determines which sections and features of the platform are available to the user.
User ID #
Shows the user’s technical identifier.
This ID can be useful in case of technical assistance or administrative verification.
Normally, it is not necessary to copy or modify it during daily use of the platform.
Provider ID #
Shows the technical identifier of the Provider to which the tenant is linked.
This value indicates under which Provider the tenant is managed.
It is technical data useful primarily for support, audits, or administrative verifications.
Tenant ID #
Shows the technical identifier of the current tenant.
This ID uniquely identifies the Tenant Admin’s corporate environment.
This value is also useful primarily in case of technical support.
Business Experimental #
The Business Experimental section indicates whether the tenant has access to experimental business features.
The status is managed by the Provider or a Super Admin.
The Tenant Admin can view the status, but normally cannot enable or disable it directly.
Status #
Example:
Business Experimental: Inactive
If the status is inactive, it means that experimental features are not enabled for the tenant.
In this case, a message is shown such as:
Contact your provider to request access.
To request activation, the Tenant Admin must therefore contact their Provider.
Profile #

The Profile section allows you to update the name details associated with the account.
The available fields are:
- name;
- last name;
- full name.
Example:
- First Name: Demo Admin
- Last Name: Tenant
- Full Name: Demo Admin Tenant
After modifying the data, click on Save profile.
The changes update the information displayed in the Tenant Admin’s account.
Password #
The Password section allows the Tenant Admin to update their login password.
To change the password:
- enter the new password in the New password field;
- re-enter the same password in the Confirm new password field;
- click on Update password.
The confirmation serves to avoid typing errors.
It is advisable to choose a secure password, not shared with other services and consistent with the organization’s internal policies.
Language #
The Language section allows you to select the preferred interface language.
The available options are:
- English
- Italian
The selected language is used to display the platform’s main texts.
Important: this setting concerns the user’s interface language, not necessarily the language spoken in the simulations.
The simulation language is configured in the sections dedicated to guided simulation or runtime simulation.
Difference between interface language and simulation language #
The language set in Settings controls the Tenant Admin’s experience within the platform.
The simulation language, on the other hand, controls the language used by the agent/avatar during the Player’s experience.
Example:
- the Tenant Admin can use the platform in Italian;
- one runtime can be configured to take place in English;
- another runtime can be configured to take place in Italian.
These settings are independent.
Best practices #
To correctly manage settings, it is advisable to:
- verify that the account email is correct;
- keep the profile name updated;
- use a secure password;
- update the password periodically, if required by internal policies;
- choose the interface language most comfortable for daily work;
- contact the Provider if it is necessary to request access to Business Experimental features;
- use User ID, Provider ID, and Tenant ID only for support or technical verifications.
Final result #
The Settings section allows the Tenant Admin to manage their personal profile and consult the account’s technical information.
From here, it is possible to update profile data, change the password, choose the interface language, and verify if the tenant has access to experimental business features.
